Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a golf getaway with friends, or simply some time away, you'll love the peaceful setting, comfortable living spaces, and beautiful lagoon and golf course views.

A view worth waking up to

One of our favorite things about this villa is the view! Start your morning with coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the lagoon and the 6th hole of the Shipyard Golf Course. After a day at the beach, it's the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Plenty of room to relax

With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home. Our villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it a great choice for families or friends traveling together.

Primary bedroom: King bed, TV, private balcony access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
Second bedroom: Queen bed, TV, and access to a full hallway bathroom.
Third bedroom: Two twin beds, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Additional sleeping space: The living room features a sleeper sofa that provides sleeping accommodations for two additional guests.
The open living and dining area gives everyone room to gather, whether you're watching a movie, enjoying a family meal, or planning your next island adventure.

Everything you need to feel at home

Our updated kitchen offers plenty of counter space and everything you need to prepare meals when you're not exploring Hilton Head's wonderful restaurants. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, gather around the dining table, or settle into the comfortable living room with its large smart TV and sleeper sofa.

The villa also includes a laundry area, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to stay connected.

One of the things we love about this location is how easy it is to explore the island by bike. Coligny Plaza, with its restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is just a bike ride away. Take a peaceful ride along the beach or head out through the back entrance of Shipyard to explore the area. It's a wonderful way to enjoy Hilton Head without having to get in the car!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
